Terms of Service

Effective June 12, 2026

1. Service Overview

Cape Coast Transfers (operated by Space Coast Construction Solutions LLC d/b/a Cape Coast Transfers) provides private SUV transportation in the Space Coast, Florida region, including MCO, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Melbourne (MLB), and Sanford (SFB). Service is available 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM Eastern Time.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require full prepayment at the time of booking via Stripe. Prices are flat-rate and all-inclusive — tax, fuel, and tolls are included. No additional fees will be charged after booking confirmation. Prices are calculated server-side and cannot be modified by the customer.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund issued to original payment method. Allow 5–7 business days.
  • Within 24 hours of pickup: No refund. The fare is non-refundable once within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
  • Driver cancellation: If Cape Coast Transfers cancels your booking for any reason, a full refund will be issued regardless of timing.

4. Late Passenger and No-Show Policy

  • Your driver will wait up to 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time.
  • After 15 minutes with no contact, the booking may be marked as a no-show at the driver's discretion.
  • No-show bookings are non-refundable.
  • If you are delayed, contact your driver immediately at 321-328-5009. We will do our best to accommodate.

5. Flight Monitoring

When a flight number is provided at booking, Cape Coast Transfers will monitor your flight status using third-party aviation data. Flight monitoring is provided as a courtesy. We are not liable for inaccuracies in flight data provided by third-party services. In the event of a flight cancellation or significant delay requiring a booking change, please contact us directly.

6. Passenger and Luggage Limits

Maximum 6 passengers per booking. Luggage must fit safely in the vehicle. The driver reserves the right to decline transport of items that cannot be safely accommodated.

7. Child Seats

Complimentary child seats are available upon request at booking. Requests must be made at the time of booking. Cape Coast Transfers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate child seat requests but cannot guarantee availability for same-day bookings made with fewer than 2 hours notice.

8. Animals and Pets

Cape Coast Transfers does not permit pets or animals of any kind in our vehicles. This policy applies to all bookings regardless of animal size, breed, or carrier type.

Service Animals: Service animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are welcome in all vehicles at no additional charge. A service animal is a dog (or miniature horse) that has been individually trained to perform a task directly related to a person's disability. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not classified as service animals under the ADA and are subject to the no-pet policy above.

If you will be traveling with a service animal, please note this when booking or contact us at 321-328-5009 so we can ensure a smooth pickup.

9. Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. The driver reserves the right to terminate service for abusive behavior, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

10. Liability

Cape Coast Transfers is licensed (USDOT #5445333) and insured. Our liability for lost or damaged property is limited to $100 per booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
