When you book a ride, we collect:
- Name, phone number, and email address
- Pickup and dropoff locations
- Pickup date and time
- Flight number (if provided for flight monitoring)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To confirm and fulfill your transportation booking
- To send booking confirmations and trip reminders via SMS and email
- To monitor your flight for delays (if flight number provided)
- To contact you about your booking if needed
- To request a Google review after your trip (one time, per booking)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
- Stripe: Payment processing. Your card information is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe Privacy Policy
- Twilio: SMS message delivery. Your phone number is used to send booking confirmations and trip updates.
- Resend: Transactional email delivery. Your email address is used to send booking confirmation emails.
- Google Places: Address autocomplete in the booking form. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- AviationStack: Flight status data for flight monitoring.
- Supabase: Secure database hosting for booking records.
4. Data Retention
Booking records are retained for up to 3 years for business and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us directly.
5. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number at booking, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your booking from Cape Coast Transfers. Message frequency varies by booking. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications.
6. Your Rights
